Stephen P. Meyer Named to MeltroniX Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO, Calif., -- MeltroniX, Inc., a supplier of high-density semiconductor interconnect solutions, announced that Stephen P. Meyer has been appointed to the MeltroniX Board of Directors. Meyer brings to MeltroniX more than 25 years of domestic and international, finance and management experience.

His many accomplishments include significant contributions to the development and growth of major technology based companies such as SAIC, The Titan Corporation, and REMEC, (where as Chief Financial Officer, he engineered over $500 million in private and public, debt and equity transactions). As General Manager, Meyer grew an information technology business to over $40 million in annual revenue, and he was responsible for developing a number of successful licensing and joint venture arrangements in the information metering and satellite communications arena.

He is currently Chairman and President of Alexander X, Inc. a technology information company. As part of his Board duties at MeltroniX, Meyer will Chair the Audit Committee. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, with an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

MeltroniX, founded in 1984, is a provider of Advanced Electronic Manufacturing Services, Products, Design, and Testing to high growth industries and applications including: Internet equipment; wireless/telecommunication; medical; satellites and military systems; and broadband communication and other electronic systems manufacturers.
