Anteon awarded $254 million Navy ships modernization contract

FAIRFAX, Va., May 26, 2004. Anteon International Corp., a leading information technology and systems engineering and integration company, announced today that it has been awarded a 10-year contract by the U.S. Navy Fleet Technical Support Center, Atlantic, to provide engineering services.

Anteon was one of three companies to receive a contract. Anteon's contract, if all options are exercised, is potentially worth approximately $254 million.

Under this contract, Anteon will provide services to support platform and on-board system modernization activities for U.S. Navy, Coast Guard and Military Sealift Command vessels. The work will be performed at ports within the continental U.S. and at various locations world-wide.
