Anteon awarded $348M combat systems modernization contract

FAIRFAX, Va., June 7, 2004. Anteon International Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a 10-year contract by the U.S. Navy Fleet Technical Support Center, Atlantic (FTSCLANT), to provide systems modernization support. Anteon was one of two companies to receive a contract. The Anteon contract, if all options are exercised, is potentially worth approximately $348 million.

Under this contract, Anteon will provide a wide range of services including legacy system modernization and new system development and support for Combat Systems and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems. Services will be provided for Atlantic and Pacific Fleet ships, Foreign Military Sales, and shore facilities.
