FAIRFAX, Va., Aug. 31, 2004. Anteon International Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a nine-year subcontract by Chenega Technology Services Corporation to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The estimated value of the contract, if all options are exercised, is $74 million.
Under this contract, Anteon will instruct and train Customs and Border Protection personnel on the daily operation of non-intrusive surveillance equipment at U.S. ports of entry. Anteon employees providing this support will be located at a new Anteon field office recently established in Tucson, Ariz.
