Titan wins $25 million contract to support Marine Corps C4ISR

SAN DIEGO, Calif., Oct. 21, 2004. The Titan Corporation, a leading national security solutions provider, announced today that the Marine Corps Systems Command has awarded the company an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) support services contract to provide a full range of acquisition, logistics and administrative support services to the Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Directorate under the Marine Corps Systems Command's Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services contract.

The contract has a potential value with options, if exercised, of over $25 million through September, 2007 (one base year, plus two option years).

The C4ISR Directorate is responsible for managing the research, development, acquisition, fielding, and life cycle support of all ground C4ISR systems that support the Marine Air-Ground Task Force. Under this award, Titan will provide the full range of management and technical support services necessary to ensure the success of the C4ISR Directorate, including: development planning, acquisition management, systems engineering, integrated logistics support, test and evaluation, financial management, fielding, and sustainment training.
