HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., 14 May 2008. API Nanotronics Corp.e in Hauppauge, N.Y., a supplier of defense and communications electronic components and nanotechnology research is appointing Stephen B. Pudles as chief executive officer. Pudles succeeds Phillip DeZwirek who will continue to serve as chairman of the board and chairman of the executive committee.
Prior to joining the company, Pudles was president and chief executive officer at Nu Visions Manufacturing LLC. He began his career as a manufacturing engineer and operations project leader at ITT Defense Communications Division and as an industrial engineer at McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Co.
