Mimix Broadband Inc. offers dual high-dynamic-range amplifier

Mimix Broadband Inc. in Houston is introducing dual high-dynamic-range power amplifiers that operate from .05 to 4.0 GHz and come in a lead-free SOIC-8 package. This XG1001-SA amplifier delivers +44 dBm output IP3, 2.1 dB noise figure and 13 dB gain at 2 GHz for applications including CATV, cellular and PCS, MMDS, and WLAN. The XG1001-SA can be implemented in balanced or push-pull design configurations and has the flexibility of being optimized for several wireless applications.
