U.S. Army to use DRS infrared detector cooler assemblies FORT MONMOUTH, N.J. -- Officials at the U.S. Army's Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) recently chose more than 400 long-life one-watt linear cooler assemblies from DRS Infrared Technologies in Dallas, Texas, for use in the Army's Horizontal Technology Integration (HTI) program.
