Lockheed Martin enters North American military truck market OWEGO, N.Y., Sept. 16, 2004. Lockheed Martin announced today it has entered into a license agreement with HMT Vehicles Ltd. of Bristol, U.K., to manufacture and sell tactical wheeled vehicles to government customers in North America.

Army names General Dynamics as prime contractor for $10 billion WIN-T GAITHERSBURG, Md., September 14, 2004. The U.S. Army today announced a new acquisition strategy for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T) program. General Dynamics will act as the prime contractor, with Lockheed Martin acting as a major subcontractor providing complementary technical expertise and capabilities for approximately 50 percent of the effort.
