Titan wins $26 million Air Force contract for advisory & assistance service SAN DIEGO, Calif., Aug. 31. The Titan Corporation announced today that the USAF's Electronic Systems Center (ESC), headquartered at Hanscom AFB, Mass., has awarded the company an Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) task order to provide the full range of support services under ESC's Information Technology Services Program II (ITSP II).
