DAYTON, Ohio, June 24, 2004. The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Strategic Airlift Directorate Program Office (WR-ALC/LT), at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, has awarded MTC Technologies, Inc. a $16.5 million potential value task order to maintain the C-5 Malfunction Detection, Analysis, and Recording System (MADARS) software.
