ITT wins $2.5 billion radio contract WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., 9 December 2004. ITT Industries, Inc. has received a seven-year contract that could reach a maximum value of $2.5 billion from the U.S. Army's Logistics Readiness Center for the production of the Single Channel Ground to Air Radio System (SINCGARS) combat radio system.

Army picks MTC for logistics contract DAYTON, Ohio, 9 December 2004. MTC Technologies, Inc. announced that the company has been awarded a five-year contract to provide logistics management, consulting, advice, and services in support of the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division; XVIII Airborne Corps G4; Forces Command, Contract Maintenance Facility Bragg; and 1st Corps Support Command.
Raytheon to upgrade Canada's Phalanx System RESTON, Va., 8 December 2004. Canada's Department of National Defence has awarded Raytheon Company $32 million ($44.6 CDN) to provide repair, overhaul and upgrade services to an additional 16 Phalanx systems for the Canadian Navy.
Lockheed Martin completes acquisition of Sippican BETHESDA, Md., 3 December 2004. Lockheed Martin Corp. today announced it has completed its acquisition of Sippican Holdings, Inc, a Massachusetts-based supplier of naval electronics systems. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
