DHS picks Johns Hopkins to study disaster simulation and sensor networks
BALTIMORE, Md. 6 Dec. 2005. Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff announced today the selection of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) to lead a consortium studying how the nation can best prepare for and respond to potential large-scale incidents and disasters. The Department of Homeland Security anticipates providing JHU and its partners with a total of $15 million over the next three years.

Lockheed Martin provides C4ISR for Egyptian missile-patrol ships
