L-3 Communications acquires Applied Signal and Image Technology, Inc. NEW YORK, 5 Dec. 2005. L-3 Communications announced today that it had acquired Applied Signal and Image Technology, Inc. (ASIT) on November 23. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
