Huntsman Advanced Materials unveils silver-filled epoxy adhesive
THE WOODLANDS, Texas, 25 Jan. 2007. Huntsman Advanced Materials has introduced a one-component, silver-filled epoxy adhesive that combines high electrical and thermal conductivity with good bond strength. Araldite 7047 epoxy adhesive is a high purity, 100-percent solids system designed for void-free bonding of circuitry and microelectronic chips to printed circuit boards.
ATS heat sink cools Freescale PowerQUICC II processors
NORWOOD, Mass., 24 Jan. 2007. Advanced Thermal Solutions has introduced the ATS-552 heat sink for cooling Freescale Semiconductor's MPC8349E PowerQUICC II Pro integrated communications processors. Attaching an ATS-552 sink helps ensure that junction temperatures in a PowerQUICC II Pro component do not exceed the maximum specified value.
Harris selects Proligent test software for TRuepoint digital microwave radios
