DARPA looks to AeroVironment for nano air vehicle development
MONROVIA, Calif., 27 May 2008. Researchers at the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in Arlington, Va., are asking AeroVironment Inc. in Monrovia, Calif., to design and build a flying prototype for the Nano Air Vehicle (NAV) program.

iRobot wins orders of $22 million

Curtiss-Wright to supply embedded computers for Army Future Combat Systems

Curtiss-Wright Corp. won an $8 million contract from General Dynamics C4 Systems in Phoenix and Rockwell Collins Inc. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to provide the company's General Processor Modules (GPM) for the Integrated Computer System (ICS) portion of the U.S. Army's Future Combat Systems (FCS) program.
