Tektronix spectrum analyzers extend analysis up to 20GHz
BEAVERTON, Ore., 16 Sept. 2009. Tektronix Inc., a worldwide provider of test, measurement, and monitoring instrumentation, has expanded the RSA6000 series to include the RSA6120A spectrum analyzer. The new release extends all the capabilities of the RSA6000 Series out to 20GHz, enabling designers to apply the spectrum analyzer's capabilities throughout the entire Ku band.
